“Ni”, or “Dois” (both mean “Two”), is the second beer in Japas series inspired by Japanese-Brazilian culture. In this RIS recipe, they added a rare Vanilla from the Brazilian Cerrado region mixed with Ponkan, a tangerine of Japanese origin. This blend brings a complexity of notes such as dark chocolate, a touch of coffee, light vanilla and the citrus fruit itself. A fusion of aromas and flavors that celebrate the Japanese immigration to Brazil.
